I upgraded to 1.28 and it is fixed - any chance the latest version could be included in the main "latest patches" thread? I naively assumed that the download from there was all I needed.

Because NEWA installs in a completely different way than the program file updates, they don't lend themselves to being included together. Plus I'm rarely aware of NEWA udpates being available. That said, I'll work something out with UJB to provide some sort of notice when there's a useful NEWA update.

Thanks, funny thing is I restarted the "Recording Service" on the server and it's all good now...not sure why...but she's all a working....

The NEWA sub-forum is the best place to see what is new.....whenever there is a new release of NEWA it is posted in the sub-forum with a list of changes. And since end of last year there is a section in the change log for iNEWA updates which is blank when nothing or has change info when changes are included.

You can always stay up-to-date by checking the wiki as well..... it shows the current release that ships with NPVR as well as the most current released build.

I do monitor the iNEWA thread for updates and patches and include them with the NEWA releases.

Attached is a new iNEWA release which now shows recording status linked to current EPG data (see screen-shots). I'll ask UJB if he could incorporate this into a next NEWA release. For now, if you are interested, please copy/replace the ./mobile directory in the NEWA installation with the one in the ZIP file.

I use this on my iphone and it works well, however is there any chance the episode name could be added to the episode search screen?

Not sure I understand, if you select search 'Title' this would search through the name/title of the Episode... Would you like to have another Field (except title/subtitle/description) to be included in the searchable Fields?

Subtitle is what I would like, that way if several episodes of a series are shown at random I can pick the ones I don't have.

Ok, got it. Have a try with this (just replace the two files in ./mobile with the ones attached). If its okay like that, I'll keep it in for the next patch. Let me know.
