Is ffmpeg.exe in your path?

FYI "ffmpeg.exe" is a bit of a special case. if that is specified with no path it'll look for it in installpath\other\ffmpeg.exe

That may be the issue. It is in the following.

C:\FFMPEG\ffmpeg-5.0-essentials_build\bin

I can't remember whether you need to rescan an extra to get the updated args etc. ie, could still be using the original settings when the channel was scanned in.

in the case the extra just specify ffmpeg.exe, no path, then it defaults to the included ffmpeg.exe

The logs don’t look like they got that far though.

Cool I didn't know that., thanks. @Brucek2839 can we see the zipped extra file again. Also make sure all any extra-fm files are removed and call it extra-webcom.xml.
