curl is installed in Windows, but I am tired of asking you to do things that you don't even try so is there any point in you asking me for help?

The other pc totally fails to stream. I must have set something that works on the other config.xml on other pc

So curl -I loaded the site, curl did not. The other pc worked with the apps (even though they sometimes crashed), but this pc wont load them at all.

Earlier I said if you have a ? in the URL you need to put quotes around the URL.

The -I is the HEAD that we know will fail which is why you eventually you probably need to use an extra.

I want to save to file is --output chrome.ts

So it works great. I stopped after a few seconds. If only I could get it working in NextPVR reliably, especially on this pc. I dont have access to the other pc, so not sure why it works and this one doesn't. Its perhaps a timeout, I will have to check. -I also works , but it doesnt create output from what I see.

SO it looks like it starts, and then gives up. I haven't run this on the working pc, but I assume the config fails somehow? I have no idea I appreciate all the help
