No standby after update to Version 7

Using the original devicehostwindows.exe with the new nshared.dll

-> No Bluescreen
-> EPG Detail Data is complete
-> Some transponders are skipped each scan -> 2 scans every relevant channels are loaded

The only problem in my opinion in the original devicehostwindows.exe is, that the tuner does not gets released when EPG update is completed.

No the sync issue in the original can cause tuning issues to the point that a driver crash is possible. The failure to sleep is just one way of noticing this.

Hello sub,

- changed both files
- deleted logs
- rebootet PC
- Cleared EPG
- EPG scan -> worked (ZDF not missing in first scan)
- PC went in standby
- downloaded the logs for you -> attached

Right now doing a second scan -> no Bluescreen till now (always happend quite instant) -> update running.

Looks good till now, i will report in all cases in about 24 hours again, if it works under "normal" usage.

New fun..... Windows Defender has a problem with the devicehostwindows.exe

I sent the zip and exe to VirusTotal https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/7d95.../detection and https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/f0ac...7a59407591 and to MS for their own analysis as a false positive. Their reports take a bit of time but the initial scans all show as negative.

I installed the two files on my system and re-started.

The scheduled EPG update at 08:05 resulted in only a Freesat scan taking place (no attempt to scan Open TV).

Haven't captured the nrecord logs as the only thing in ALL of them is

Antivirus is no problem. It is unblocked, and will be recognized correct since Martin allready did everything necessary.

Till now everything is working fine. Will report again in 12 hours. But looks very good!!!! ???
