Ignore Capitalisation from EPG for filename.

The RadioTimes EPG I use seems to have different typists and they capitalise the program names differently. This results in different directory names and collections in GBPVR. Would it be possible to ignore the case of letters when creating filenames. On disk they seem to go into the same subdirectory fine, but when shown in the recordings menu they are split up.

lol - obviously your broadcaster has someone typing in the listings that cant decide how they like to do it.

I'll fix this for the next release.
