so I'm new to GB-PVR and already I like it. I get the OSD through the output of my 350 but no TV... please help

Hmm.. I think we need a bit more info here before we can help you. What happens? Have you set up the capture source according to the guides at http://www.gbpvr.com/pmwiki ?
