There has been a few significant changes behind the scenes in the next release, and this will have a flow on effect to plugins. The biggest changes include moving to .NET 2.0, changing the way database connections work.
While many existing .NET 1.1 plugins work just fine on the .NET 2.0 version of GB-PVR, I must encourage plugin developers to test their plugins for compatibility. To get access to this new build, send me a PM and I'll supply you download info. In the PM let me know which plugins you are developer of.
This is particularly important for developers that have connected directly to the GBPVR.MDB database. If you do this, then it wont work in the next release. I can give you alternative info on how to do this under the new scheme. The old 'head in the sand' approach to ignoring this wont help - those plugins that do this will crash in the next release if they dont get changed.
