Aspect Ratio changes to documentation

Am new to GB PVR and found it hard to find how to change the Aspect Ratio on playback. I have made a few simple changes to the documentation to make this clearer for other newbies.
You guys are doing something impressive with GB PVR. Cheers Andrew
