With reference to posts 206, 218, 222:
Im finding the same behaviour when playing DVDs. Choppy playback, CPU being chewed up and no control. This is on both ripped ISOs and real discs.
Im using the Cyberlink decoder, the only one on my system as far as i know. Also have OSD set to Minimal.
Made a discovery though: In config, changing 'DVD Navigator' to 'Cyberlink DVD Navigator' solves the CPU and choppiness issues. I guess the choppiness is because of the CPU cycles being chewed up. It doesnt get control back though, either through keyboard or remote. I can navigate the menus with the mouse but once playing, only way to stop it is by ending the GBPVR process.
At one point (using DVD Navigator) it crashed and XP wanted to phone home, so ive zipped and attached the reports it wanted to send off, in case that might shed some light. Also attached are my *.logs, one set from having 'cyberlink DVD Navigator' set in config, and the other having 'DVD Navigator' set in config.
Hope they help...
