SlimmGBPVR - replacement for GBPVRTray

[Mister Slimm]

Here is a beta version of SlimmGBPVR. This also includes the command-line utility GBPVRcli.

Feedback appreciated, as always.

Note: this version is not compatible with GBPVR v0.96.12 or earlier.

Features:

• Options menu reorganised.
  
• Tuner status now viewable (just like GBPVRTray.exe)
  
• Additional options added to Tray Configuration including adjustable logging level and personalised recording and pending menus.
  

Coding:
Behind-the-scenes tweaking and tightening, at least two performance enhancements (almost certainly unnoticeable but I know they're there).

Just to let you know that this version is looking good so far! I hadn't tried any of the previous ones I'm afraid - I was letting things stand for a bit after the .97 upgrade.

I like the new pending list and the extra details on the recordings list, nice touches. Thanks very much for the work you've put into this - I'm finding it to be a must have utility to complement GB-PVR!

Okay Slimm... downloaded your latest build and pretty much the same thing happens...

if i stop it and restart it from the start menu... it works fine. if i reboot... nada. it seems to hang with little CPU activity. here is the log after rebooting:

Good one! A few days without SlimmGBPVR (after upgrading to 097) and I was lost.
The new ver worked fine for me.
The only bug so far - after doing Update EPG from the Slimm tray (now under options for some reason. Maybe should be under Tools or Action), the Slimm app crashed and the log states (a lot of repeats omitted):

Thanks, this should be fixed in the next version and, if it happens (though the app shouldn't crash), there will be more information for me in the log.

You might be pleased to here that whatever the error is, it just happened to me on a restart. You'll be less pleased that I still don't know what is causing it.

Well Slimm, I know from personal experience that it's nearly impossible to fix an error you cannot reproduce... but now you can! so it will only be a matter of time now until you will have a fix!
