Has anyone tired ORB? I found it in a thread somewhere either here on GBPVR or somewhere on the 'net.
Anyway, it basically takes all your video, photo, and audio files and lists them to a web site that you can go to at any time from any computer with an internet connection and a web browser.
I thought it was pretty cool. But, on the videos it does bandwidth detection backwards. I have 512k upload speed at home (where my PC is that I keep all the files on), and 90Mb at the office, plus a 1 Gig link if I really need it ORB does a test of your download speed where you are, so if I try to watch a video at the office from home, its all messed up, because the site thinks I have 90Mb, but my house has only 512 to serve.
Anyway, its nice because it dosen't require any software on the PC you are at.
I don't know how many times I've been at someone's house talking about photos I took on a trip or whatever, and said "I wish I brought them with me.", now I can!
Oh, http://www.orb.com.
ANEDJF.
