I've just uploaded an updated v0.21 release which fixes a few issues from the release a few days ago. Sorry guys.

Download is available from http://www.gbpvr.com/GBPVR0214.msi

Anyway, the new version includes:

2004-9-12 v0.21.4
- Fixed a couple of navigation errors in the new web site
- Fixed a bug that would cause GB-PVR to show the message "initializing channel" when you try to stop live TV using escape key.
- Fixed a bug with playing DVD ISO files. Some machines required a longer delay between mounting an ISO and trying to play it. This is now configurable.
- Fixed a PVR350 lockup after returning to the main menu.

Sub,

go have some family time [Image: smile.gif]

For me the last two releases have been pretty solid for recordings/Live TV and the MVP integration is brilliant.

Cheer mate,

Colin.

I love this program but I am still waiting on the overscan adjustment that you said was on your list, once you add that this will be the best program out! I don't know how sage tv does theirs but I hope that once you get around to making the overlay/overscan adjuster it will work in a similar fashion.

Keep up the hard work sub!
Your work is greatly appreciated![Image: biggrin.gif]

The install process always crashes, when it calls up the configuration screen at the end. I think that might be because I have to use VMR 7 or overlay (EPIA 5000), but the default by gbpvr is VMR 9. After the crash I can still access the configuration but it will not let me save anything.

Is there any possibility to change the default configuration manually?

I would realy like to continue to use this great program.

Thanks for any support on this.

Yes, you can edit the "config.xml" with any editor and change the configuration. But be sure to make a backup of the file before.

Have a great time with gbpvr and just downloaded this version. I"m trying to get to the web server application, but having trouble. I've tried the obvious:

from the computers with the software installed:
localhost:7647

from another computer on my home network:
192.168.1.105:7647

I've tried both from Firefox and IE.
Both give me a 404 and Firefox tells me you are suing the cassini web server. I suspect I'm missing something simple.

Thoughts anyone?
Thanks

From memory, the config program doesn't use VMR or another special stuff when running the config app. It just reads the text files and shows the values in the normal windows controls. You could email the config.exe.log file to me at support@devnz.com
