Rescue Me

No not a catchy headline, I'm actually having problems recording the show Rescue Me. Every tuesday night I try to record it and the system locks up. It's never at the exact same time. I've tried recording the early one and the late one makes no difference. The one thing I've noticed is that the show is normally 63 min, it runs 9:00 to 10:05. I've made sure there are no conflicts on either side but the whole system locks. Anyone have any thoughts?

If your whole machine locks up, it sounds like something buggy in the drivers.

What capture device are you using?

Do you get a message in the Windows Event Viewer after you reboot?

Are you able to record other shows?

using a haup USB on windows xp home sp2. I don't see any errors and I am able to record other shows, even in the same time slot, it just seems to be this particular show.
