Sub,

From my earlier post, I wiped out my 97.09 install and reinstalled Windows and installed 97.13.

I am now working thru at few minor issues.

First off, the graph from the system menu is missing. There is info about it in the log (attached)

And, so that I can get you the info you need, how would I troubleshoot a crash when I exit GBPVR?

Can I post the output that MS creates to submit a crash?

Thanks!

There has always been a couple of people with this error. I have no idea why. Its not very common though.

Is there something different about your recordings drive? network drive or USB maybe?

zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

Do you have the 'direct access to hauppauge remote' setting enabled?

If you turn the option off, I suspect you'll no longer get this crash. This setting was only for PVR250/350 owners, and is incompatible with other cards.

Its not required if you're running the Hauppauge remote software. In fact, it may cause problems if you're running the Hauppauge remote software - which is why I expect you're having problems even though you have PVR250s.

Sub,

Dont know if this helps but after I installed a few plugins (namely: xrecord, weather, rss reader) the disk space graph is working now.

Woot!

Cheers
