I have been using a nvidia 6200 without any major problems. I recently got an ATI X1300 http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/VGA/...13256DP-RH to replace it because of the know screen corruption problems when trying to change the aspect ratio. When using the nvidia card when I started tv (timeshift mode) or watch a recording the video took approximately 5 seconds to start. Using the X1300 it takes 15 seconds before playback starts. Does anyone have any ideas of would could cause this? I looked in the logs and compared it to the logs from the nvidia card and it appears to be the same and I do not see any errors except that the timestamps reflect the increased time before play back begins. I had to switch back to the nvidia because the wife was not pleased. You know it is funny the aspect problem really bugs me but not my wife and the opposite for the extra delay when starting playback. I guess I see who really runs the show aroud here. I tried CCC6.1 and 6.6 but neither made a differnce.
