mplex and mjpegtools?

I'm having a dickens finding comiled versions of mplex.exe or mjpegtools...

Does anyone have them that can share or, tell me how to get them?

Also, in case you know the answer to this, Am I right to understand that mplex can be used to join VOB files into one big VOB ?

Sometime ago I saw you were interested in Avisynth. I think there is a Avisynth plugin to read several vob files in a row.
Maybe this could help:

dvdauthor gui usually comes with these tools if i recall (which can be found on sf.net)

I was interested in AVI Synth for as long as I realized I'd have to learn a new language...

It may still be a viable option, but not for me now
