Since PriorityRecording.exe is working now, I'd really like to use it as a standalone plugin without the rest of the XSuite. How can I get it and set it up without cdkscheduler and all that? Thanks.

I am having the the SQLite problem with the 0.46 version from the Wiki. (I also get a windows error when running priorityrecording.exe). See the attached file.

And when I use the version from the above forum post, the Xrecord works in gb-pvr, but I the priorityrecording.exe still does not work. (I suspect that this version is 0.45?)

Is there a version where priorityrecording.exe works, but does not have the SQLLite problem?

All you need to do is edit the PriorityRecordings.xml file directly, and you should be able to delete the XRecord.dll file as well. Just keep PriorityRecordings.exe in the PostUpdateEPG.bat file, and it'll still run every night. There is documentation on the CDK Scheduler wiki page that contains information on what each element does and what data it expects to be there.

Note you must continue to use the XSD in the file, as if you are manually editing it is very critical that the information appear in the correct order.

You say that it works with 97.7...how about 97.13? If so, I'm having some problems getting priorityrecording.exe running. Can somone help me? This is what I get when I try to run it manually:

Actually, I didn't say that it worked with 97.7, I haven't tested it as I still run 96.x for several reasons. Your questions was how to get use CDK Scheduler without XRecord. I assumed that you had a working version for 97.x series. The steps I outlined are what you need to do to get it work, assuming that there aren't any bugs or issues.

Apparently if you are using SQL Lite, the latest version of XRecord requires a older version of the SQL Lite ADO driver. Search the Plugin support area that should have a link to the correct driver.

I know the XRecord team is very busy but is there any chance of getting an XRecord that is completely compiled on the version of libraries that GBPVR uses? Once GBPVR is loaded, these DLLs are in use and can not be swapped out. I've tried several tricks using different versions of XRecord but I was unsuccessful getting it to work with 97.13. Without this software I can't move off of 96.12.

I love the work that your team has done and this is a very powerful utility. Thanks for maintaining this utility.

Does anyone still have version 0.45 they could post here or send to me please? I'm still using 96.12 as I'm a bit scared to change from a version of GBPVR which I know works with my XCard. (Does anyone know if the XCard is still working properly with the latest GBPVR updates?)
