if I'm recording "show 1" that I'm also watching on live (preview) tv at the same time (dual tuners), and "show 2" starts recording, GBPVR decides it needs three tuners, when obviousley it actually only needs the two tuners. It would be preferable if it switched to watching the "show 1" recorded stream rather than jumping out to the menu screen.
I hope that makes sense!
