Looks like communication problems. Do you have a firewall? Check DNS as well, make sure you can resolve the server name.

Yes, and it doesn't expire until 11/28/06. My lineup is selected and everything.

Do you mean labs.zap2it.com?

I could only ping it once before the request timed out, but it was resolved to 206.18.98.152. Is this happening for anyone else, is that abnormal?

Yes. if the ping requests are timing out, then there is your problem. your computer is not able to talk to the zap2it server in order to retrieve the listings. Can you ping by IP address instead of by hostname? If it still times out, do a trace route to zap2it and see where in the chain it is breaking down.

Well I should clarify, not being able to ping doesn't necessarily mean it is down. The host could be configured to not respond to icmp ping requests, sorry. Browse to labs.zap2it.com in a browser, and try to login.

It could be that Zap2it.com is being flooded by too many download requests, such as bandwidth overload.

I can access labs.zap2it.com just fine and log in as well.
