i've started using the language plugin to rename a few buttons to improve the WAF. All works well except every time I run config it deletes the language.xml file on closing it. I am i missing something? has anyone else got this problem?

Everytime you close config, gbpvr copies the language file from the language-dir over the changed language.xml in the main dir. I don't know what language you have selected. But if it's not English you should edit "your-languagefile" in the language dir. Then it will be copied to the main dir.
If you choose English for your language, I don't know :confused:

edit: Maybe you have to make your own language-file in the language dir. Look in the wiki: http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Manual/Translation

Hmm - something's not happening right then! I made my own language file with the changed button names that I wanted, then ran the selectlanguage.exe program that comes with the language plugin. This creates a file "language.xml" in the language directory and copies it into the GBPVR directory - all fine so far. However when I run config.exe to do whatever, and close config the languagefile.xml is deleted from the gbpvr directory.
There's still a copy in the language directory, so it's no great problem copying it back - just a bit annoying!!

That "Language.xml" file in the Language folder should be named "Language.ANSI.FUZZWEED.xml" (or something similar)

Then edit the "selectlanguage.xml" file and add this line in it
<language name="Fuzzweed" file="language.ansi.fuzzweed.xml"/>

"Fuzzweed" could be "Custom" or anything unique.

Then, that language file will always be selectable in the config program. It will also be "retained" so you won't have to re-select it every time.
