Just purchased and set up the system this weekend, software is great! Â Excellent job!
The problem I am having is that if I leave the MVP on OR in "Suspend Mode" (after hitting power button on MVP remote) for 1-3 hours or more it either reboots itself or hangs. Â Sometimes it is just a black screen, sometimes it is the "Loading Application" screen. Â Anyone else have this problem?
Here is my setup:
- WinTV-PVR 250 on the PC
- MediaMVP connected to the TV
- Latest release of GBPVR (as of Sep 5, 2004)
When I run the latest Beta for MVP everything works fine, but when I switch to the GBPVR server then I experience the problems above on the MVP.
It seems as though the Hauppauge server software communicates with the MVP randomly to keep it up and running, but GBPVR does not.
