Next question: There is a recording going on, so when I choose LIVETV I get the screen with the two options: don't watch tv or watch the current recorded show. When I choose the latter nothing really happens. When nothing was recording (earlier)I got a screen saying: ~ going into timeshiftmode.
Should the server be in timeshiftmode to be able to watch it on the client.
I hope I made myself clear.

There is no edit button: The above was happening on the client.

To be honest, I've not tested that specific scenario, but I'll add it to my list to check. I'm fairly sure I know why this is happening.

Sub,
I'll load 98.8 once the Flat Blue-HV skin is updated, but I want to say now that your documentation of what's been fixed/changed in a new release is extremely professional and appreciated. And thank you for continuing to move gbpvr forward. I've donated in the past, will again soon.

Cheers .... Bob

I forgot to mention this in the release announcement:

"I also recommend that MVP users switch back to the default dongle.bin file. It has been updated in this release. The new version works with all model of MVP, and includes the new video in a window feature."

(I've also edited original post)

Great work Sub!

I noticed I lost the setup of my directories for music, videos and recording. It was all set back to C:\. I believe this happened after setting up GB-PVR as a client on another PC and running the config on this client.

The video in a window on my mediamvp is great, but the menus are placed on top of the video, leaving a portion of the screen open (the window). So we're not seeing the complete video in the window, but just what's left of the screen. Is this how it's suppose to work?

Thanks!

I guess on the client you have to enter the directories again. On the server they weren't lost for me.

I just ran the setup on the client again, but now nothing happened on the server. So I don't know what went wrong, but it's no big deal.

Yea, I didn't even know this was a feature. The video does not resize but something tells me the MVP isn't capable of that.
