Is zap2it free?

It says my subscription expires on 2006/10/16. Do I have to pay after this? Because that would stink.

As far as I have understood, it's free to renew the free subscription. But you might have to answer a survey?

They should send you an email warning you that your subscription is about to expire with a link to the survey. It's only about 5 questions and takes about 2 minutes to complete. A small price to pay for an integral part of the PVR experience.

When I renewed mine last week there was no questionaire. Guess they found out what they wanted to know...

I did mine about a month ago and I didn't have any questions either.....that was like the 4th or 5th time I had to renew but the first time I didn't have to answer a 4 or 5 question survey.

Maybe they were on Holiday.... Smile

Iâm not completely convinced that anyone remaining at Zap2It knows that theyâre still providing us with this serviceâ¦.:confused:
