Ok great. If you need a second machine to look at, I can take that one home and open up VNC as well.

No problem. That machine has a second ATSC tuner card in it as well that would be cool to get going.

The second card (not an ATI) works great with a new entry in the BDA.ini. New scheme for tuning works ok. It missed a couple stations but the reception here is hit or miss.

I had a chance to remotely look at a ATI HDTV Wonder card last night. I really dont know why its not finding anything. Damn frustrating since all the other cards are working so well.

My ATI HDTV Wonder card causes a lot more stuttering in the decoded output compared to my other card as well. I doubt that helps you, but you can sift the info better than me.

I've sent off a detailed email to my contact at ATI. Hopefully they'll be able to provide some insights...

ATI HDTV wonder is widely known as ATI HDTV Blunder.

Have you thought about contacting developers of WatchHDTV, It seems to be able to tune channels really well. maybe they can give some ideas?

I probably wouldnt bother contacting them, but I am curious whether that app does channel scanning?
