I started many little projects and most have since been taken over by others:

Projects:
EWA - Thanks to NormanR and UncleJohnsBand for picking up where I left off.
CDK Scheduler - Thanks to Jorm for adding support to XRecord, JRockIntuitive, Ton, and Fla for maintaining it.
RenameRecording - Probably one of the more popular simple utilities. Thanks to Ton and ZaDDaZ for updates.
BleepBloop - A proof of concept project to Show Reven that something could be done. Smile
Pirates Skin - Did the initial port from Darren E's Beyond TV skin, to show that something besides the traditional type skins could be accomplished.

Thanks to all that like an use the stuff I wrote, sorry I haven't been able to continue most of the projects I started, but that is why I release the source for all the stuff I work on so that others may maintain it if I don't have time.

I want to say thanks to reven for his My Music and most recently My Programs plugins. Just downloaded it for the eumulator functions. Really is a show stopper when you can show off your "telly PC" by playing Mario Kart on it Smile

I would like to say thanks to jksmurf for his excellent signature.

That is a good sig, but I’m still not completely convinced that sub isn’t a robot.Wink

And thanks to everyone for sharing their plugins, skins, utilities, updating the wiki, and everything else.

Yes great sig! Some of the posts he links to are really hard to read.

I have not experimented much with all of the available skins and plug-ins but would like to thank the people who worked on the weather and theater plug-ins which i use often.

I'd like to thank everyone who takes the time to answer all the support questions (I have found solutions to most of my issues by searching the forum - not needing to ask myself).

Thanks to everyone who has worked on the wiki.

Thanks especially to Sub for making it all possible, keeping it going and for not doing this to us.

Here is a good way to thank Sub especially with Christmas coming Big Grin

Although I am a newbie here, in my family, circle of friends and colleagues I am the computer guy.

I am extremely proud of my HTPC machine and everyone I have shown it to has been blown away. I am currently putting off several people (including my boss) who are asking me to set machines up for them.

The fact that I built it mostly out of junk I had lying around really appeals to me.

Thank you to all, especially to sub, for making this such an incredible piece of software and for making me feel welcome in adding both comments and questions to the forum.

At the risk of missing someone who has been particularly helpful to me in answering my questions (and I do have a lot since I have so little computer knowledge), I especially want to thank:

dneprrider and others for helping me to get the weatherplugin to work

Fatman_do for the community skin

Jeff for showsearch

Jim for I-xmltv and the TVGuideSupercharger

martint123 for an unrelated post that allowed me to idenify a problem in
downloading a GBPvR upgrade with firefox (now corrected)

Uncle John's Band for the Enhanced Web Admin program

McBainUK for the volume plugin

Brian_W for the theatre plugin

Ton for sending me instructions on how to modify the remote control.

Fla for showing me the way to modify my own hauppauge irremote.ini

The wiki guy & those who contributed to it - I am looking forward to finding out more on how I can help in this area. It's all good when you need it but thanks to the person who made the chart of what the buttons on the remote do and well as the detailed instructions of what the config options are for.

In addition to creating the programs above, I want to thank the people listed above who have all been extremely helpful and prompt in responding to my questions in a way that I can understand for their responses to my questions. Finally, I would like to thank my son for finding the program, initially installing it and pointing me in the right direction.

I'll add my thanks as well. Where else would a software developer link to your PC so they could work on making your NVIDIA DualTV compatible with their software(and be successful!). So, because of Sub's tireless work in adding compatibilities, I have a OnAir USB HDTV-GT QAM tuner fully integrated with my DualTV and PVR-150, cranking out recordings to a couple MediaMVPs, and providing Wife-acceptable(and kid!) functionality all around. I have tapped the support button far too often, but Sub continues on, never once yelling anything like "YOU NOOB TURN OFF THE WINDOWS FIREWALL!!!!"
