You can all (when you have username/password) upload to the wiki, read all about it at: http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/Uploads (The PmWiki manual is actually linked at the bottom of the left sidebar.)
In short:
Write "Attach:filename.zip"
Save the page
Click the '?' after the filename
Select file to upload
- OR, to update the attachment -
append "?action=upload" to the page in question and add filename and file to upload
