Upgrade PMWiki Version

You might want to think about upgrading the version of PMWiki that GBPVR uses for the wiki. There is a known security hole in versions prior to 2.1.21. I believe the wiki site is still on 2.0beta29.

I believe the latest stable version is 2.1.26.
