Flat Blue Hi Visibility skin decreases performance

I have found that the Flat Blue Hi Visibility skin (the new for 23.8) is much more sluggish than the standard Blue skin. Not only in the menus, but also in some plugins.

Strangely, I have measured that (initial) scrolling through a list of shows in Jeff's VideoArchive plugin takes appr. 30% longer if the Flat Blue Hi Visibility skin is used, compared to standard Blue. It is hard to see how the skin can have such a huge difference. Go figure...

I have much fewer reboots on my MediaMVP with the standard Blue skin than I had with Flat Blue Hi Vis.

I think I found the reason. Has nothing to do with Flat Blue Hi Vis versus standard Blue skin. I believe the reason for the performance decrease is that I had the panels on the main menu turned on in Flat Blue Hi Vis, whereas they were turned off (Sub's default) in Blue.
