VBOX Cat's Eye DTA-150 advice needed

VBOX Cat's Eye DTA-150 is cheaper than the Fusion 5 HD tuner for OTA ATSC. Has anyone had success/problems with this card and GBPVR?

Is there any advantage in using the PCI version over the USB version of the Cat's Eye?
