I have 2 computers with tuners and GBPVR, one connected to the TV, the other not. I transfer the files recorded and compskiped to the computer connected to the TV and sometimes the time code is off. Not on the files themselves, but by the way they are read by GBPVR. Is there a way to figure out what is going on here? I haven't tried it with the new version yet. I will tomorrow though. My usual fix is to open the files with media player clasic or power dvd. Thanks for the help.

Is this the Timestamp issue?
Read this thread and see if that is your issue.

What do you mean by 'the time code is off'? What actually happens?

The video should be and is about 1 hr, but it shows up as about 32 minutes. The comskip is also way off, even though it looked correct when checked on the computer which recorded the file.

It could be because I am using a pvr-500 in the non-TV computer. Thanks.

Follow Carlito's 2nd post to fix the timestamp issue if you are using the PVR150 or PVR500.

Can you play a file, check you see the duration problem you describe, then zip and attach the gbpvr.exe-native.log?

Quote:19:19:54.484 VERBOSE Graph contains the following filters:

19:19:54.484 VERBOSE - Video Renderer
19:19:54.484 VERBOSE - Ligos MPEG Video Decoder
19:19:54.484 VERBOSE - ffdshow Audio Decoder

I dont know if it is the cause or not, but I'd try to get rid of the Ligos MPEG video decoder you're using - its caused nothing but problems for people that have used it in the past.
