I have tried a lot using comskip to automatically mark commercials. It could not convince me. Quality of marks differs very much from channel to channel.
Could You add 1 or 2 lines of code to gbpvr so that you can mark beginning and end of commericals manually?

Marking commercials during the show would be a major pain, best to take some time and properly tune your comskip iniâs.
Another option is VideoReDoPlus, Eric added VRD SceenMarkers to the latest versions of comskip and the markers make fine-tuning before archiving very simple. Itâs impossible to beat a proper video editor when it comes to archiving, and as far as Iâm concerned VideoReDo is the best.
PS, In my sig under VideoReDo Tools, thereâs a utility called VRDSkip.
It allows VRD to automatically generate GBPVR compatible autoskip text files. Itâs not as capable as comskip (when properly tuned), but VRD commercial skipping is very simple to tune.
