Duplicate genre showing up in EWA Build 53

Not sure when this started but I "think" it appeared after upgrading to EWA Build 53 (from 49). Currently EWA Build 53 w/ gbpvr 98.13 using the db3 database.

When I do an episode search within EWA, the drop down list has every genre duplicated in the list. Assuming that it might be an EPG issue, I went into gbpvr config and a) emptied and b) reloaded entire EPG from zap2it. The problem continues to exist. I suspect this is a db3 issue rather than EWA but I don't know how to resolve the issue.

The genre are pulled from the GBPVR DB using the API.....I would look in the database using sqlite spy or another utility and see if the data is actually duplicated in the Genre table....my guess is that it is.

Have you tried checking the option to do a complete EPG reload in the GBPVR config.....this may correct the problem.

Checked using sqlite spy and indeed the database has duplicate genre entries. Had already tried checking the option to perform a complete EPG reload, followed by an EPG empty and then a EPG update. I'm hesitant to go and edit the database directly (assuming I can do so with sqlite spy) for fear that I will muck up some indexes/references. Any other thoughts or suggestions? I may have to kick this one over to Sub to get some advice.
