FireDTV Tuning

I am trying to tune using a FireDTV unit but I get the following error every time I try.

GB-PVR was unable to start the BDA deviced you have configured. Check the device is configured properly and not already in use. (reason: Failed to locate configured BDA capture device)

I have installed Mytheatre & that seems to work fine using the FireDTV unit.

Is there anything I can do using this unit or is it no longer supported in the latest version of GBPVR.

I have a floppyDTV and it works perfectly with the latest release of GBPVR 0.99.5 (Still cant use the CI though)

Any chance you can tell me how you did it? I have tried un-installing & different drivers & I still get the same error message everytime I try to tune anything.

My FireDTV devices work ok too.

Zip and attach your logs and I'll take a look whats going wrong.

Here are my logs. The error has changed because I had 2 BDA devices & was calling them 1 & 2. I have now changed that to both 1. I now just get a Windows configuration error. The error is almost as soon as it starts scanning.

It is just a windows crash error message

GB-PVR Configuration has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

which BDA drivers are you using for your firedtv?

I have just tried the install on my laptop & I am getting exactly the same error. My main pc was a brand new install of xp with all the latest updates.

I cant check the driver version at the moment because daughter is watching a movie, but I've used few of the drivers on the digital-everywhere site and not really encountered any problems with any version.

I'm guessing there is something in the stream that GB-PVR doesnt like, that doesnt occur in the boardcasts I test with.
