Added 16:9 skin section to wiki...

Nothing there yet, but I thought that widescreen skins should get their own grouping. There probably will be more widescreen skins comming in the next year.

I thought I could move the Sassari skin there but didn't want to mess things up too much so I left it alone. (tried a quick attempt but didn't get the results I thought so I put it back).

Yeah, I know, it is hard to move wiki-pages without breaking links. Why not just keep them in the same WikiGroup and mark them with different Categories and move them in the menu?

I have assumed that a skin could have both a 16:9 and a 4:3 version with the same name, is this incorrect? If not, then I agree that we can have two different WIkiGroups, but otherwise we should perhaps just mark them in the menu?

I suppose a skin could have the same name for two versions, but right now this is not the case. For example, the 4:3 version of the 16:9 skin "Sassari" is "Nuoro".

I think in most cases you would not see one name for 2 versions, since not all plugins can scale to 16:9.

Two different groups probably makes more sense.
