OK, so on sub's side of the world it's already into mid afternoon of New Year's Day and at the opposite end of the time-zones it's still a way to go before midnight....

...and here in the UK we're already over 3 hours into 2007 so I'm a little late with this anyway.

Just to wish a Happy New Year to one and all, and all the best for 2007.

Cheers,
Brian

3:32am on New Year's morning and I'm not drunk - I must be getting old. 20 years ago? Now that would be another story. Big Grin

I pass my best wishes to all for a peaceful and prosperous 2007.

And, while I never go to bed on New Years until way after it's the new year, I don't party like I use to either. Besides, I have to watch the 15 year old very closely and you can't do that if you're wasted. Smile

Best wishes to everyone for all the best in 2007. Peace and understanding.

We've got the 3yr old fast asleep in bed probably dreaming of dinosaurs (his latest obsession), my wife's pregnant so taking it easy, and we are sitting here happy the two of us and waiting to toast at midnight.

10 years ago would have been completely different - I wouldn't have known where I was by this time Wink - but this is better.

Happy 2007 to everyone and their families!

Not so many years ago, I would be out partying, as this is also my anniversary. Now that I'm greying rapidly, sitting by the computer, watching a movie, or chatting on IRC, is about as exciting as it gets. Big Grin

Peace and understanding to everyone, wherever you are in the world.

Best wishes to everyone, let's hope everybody makes a complete recovery.Wink
This was my first time alone, the wife was working, kids are gone. So it was my quietest new year ever, but certainly not the worst. Smile
Let's all make a good year of it.

Went to bed last night at 10:00pm, woke up this morning at 6:30am. Yea, I just sort of did a commercial skip from 2006 to 2007.

To a great 2007 for everyone!

lol mine was particularly sad Big Grin I spent the evening making a cake. How old does that make me feel. My oldest daughter was was born on New Years day (which was an interesting way to see in the new year three years ago), so it seems to have turned into the day to make a birthday cake. ...but then we had two under three, so going out for the evening probably wasnt an option.

Belated happy new year to all!
