Well, all was smooth. Now suddenly I have no video with either tuner, and no sound on the ATI tuner (sound works on the PVR150MCE).

Logs attached.

It just says on the tv guide screen, where you select "record, watch,..."

I should mention it doesn't matter whether it's Overlay Manager (what originally worked), VMR9, etc.

I notice in the Video Decoder section, the only thing in the drop-down is "System Default", is that normal?

OK, this is definitely a codec problem. I can't open recorded files with Windows Media Player either. Ugh, what now???

Dang, well, any suggestions? I have my hardware listed below. I guess I can reinstall the ATI Media Center to get the codecs back, but i'd really find an easier way. Last time I had to reinstall any Catalyst stuff, I ended up doing a full reinstall of the OS and all.

Is there a way to get the ATI or a 3rd party (good) MPEG2 decoder or codecs other than reinstalling the ATI stuff?

Sorry, I hate giving decoder recommendations - but do a search, this question is asked by someone most days...

OK, well, at this point I'm willing to try just about anything to avoid doing a reinstall/repair of the Catalyst stuff.

The one that I've been using hasn't been working too well anyway. I've always got stuttering or some sort of weird issue, it looks a lot of the time like it's playing back at about 15fps.

got everything working again but HDTV, but that could be an antenna issue. It says the signal isn't there.
