Hey All!

Sub I hope you are around for this one.

Sitting there watching TV. No probs. Surfin around doing my thing. Suddenly it drops out of LiveTV to "An Object Reference....." error. No biggy. Happens occasionally when the machine has been up for a while without a reboot. Reboot and same thing. LiveTV, Video Archive...all of it....

I've tried powering down everything and bringing it back up. Same deal. So I start reading and saw the other thread where the drivers were corrupt. But I'm not convinced that is my issue. So I start log diving:

Code:

actually man...I got it working again using the default skin...

I'm pretty sure somehow I set a reminder (new feature? Smile ) of a show and the Community Skin doesn't support that yet....

Lookin for the "kill reminder" button to test this theory....

From memory you just need to press the play button again.

Hahaha...Aigh't...Will know for next time...I know you don't like it when people mess in the DB but I figured it was worth the risk. Deleted the 1 row in REMINDER and presto. No angry pregnant wife.... Smile

Thanks for the quick attention man. No clue how you manage but I'm pretty sure this will all pay off for you in the end...

Nice...and not that I plan to do this tonight (seriously, not sure how many of you have dealt with prego wives but I was seriously panic'ed there about the loss of TV cause her favorite show is on tonight..The Office) but there is an update to Community which prolly fixes that problem...I need to keep up!
