ATI X1x00 Ghosting/Trailing-effect Fix

The fix (actually workaround) is mentioned in post#50

It is caused by excessive AVIVO Temporal Denoising and the workaround is to disable that function in the registry. ATI claim it was fixed in Catalyst 6.8 but according to the thread it is still a problem, even on 6.12

Thanks for the link, this problem had been driving me mad for weeks. The reg patch works great for my X1300. Hopefully ATI/AMD will come to the party at some stage and fix this in the driver (still unresolved in 7.1)!
