Hi there
I just tried your program It looks nice, the osd work pretty good for the netstream 2000 card (sigma hardware decoder- simular to the xcard) but I am uncertian does it display cropped in the xard too or is this just because I am using the netstream..

details:
displays in 256 colour (probably limitation of the netstreams osd) but the bottom section of the background is cropped ( one can not adjust osd borders. it just displays black) and for certian plugins the lower sections are also chopped off.. I guessing from the behavour the osd mat is probably the wrong size.. it seems the width is correct just the height is incorrect.. by about 10 - 20 % . basically anything the same hieght and lower then the products Icon does not display..

I was wondering if there is anyway or adjust the osd mat to a differing sizes ( say through a master defintion ) or must one create there own basic theme for the netstream using it's specific demensions..

okay I searched and search, and trial and error upon trial an error. it seems like I have to build every skin.xml over..

it seems the maxium osd view is 720X400.. so I am editing the flat blue skin to be netstream friendly.. once it is done I will upload it some where for others to use....

If you click on the 'settings' button next to the XCard hardware decoder selection, it allows you specify the screen size.

when I press setting for the xcard all I get is :
type of output: composite/svideo
tvformat: NTSC
and
osd Margin

no mention of screen size

if I adjust the osd position it only displays the the 720X400 portion of the image anyways

but that okay.. I already edited all the skin.xml to be netstream friendly... they now all fiit into the 720X400 frame of the netstream osd.
but it there is an easier way let me know.. because i can not edit the weather plugin it looks as if the the DLL contols the pictures images sizes and positions
