I recently started to use MusicLibrary2 because I was told it allows the composer field these days. Excellent.

I would like to show my gratitude by just hiniting on an easy to setup way to create very customzies tree structures. It's used in the Magic Nodes plugin for mediamonkey, and I would really love to see a music plugin for GBPVR that had something similar. Especially the different limitationoffers it allows, for example, don't show a genre if it has less than 20 songs.

Just a hint in all humbleness!

Great work with this plugin, it seams like theres a size limitation somewhere because I always get an exception during scanning of my library, I do have some really bloated stuf in my tags so it make sence, nevertheless, I'm not missing any tracks that I'm aware of!

An exception that causes a crash?? Can you post a log showing this.

Someone asked me to look at media monkey as a db, it's still on my list of things to look at. Not sure how possible this limitation stuff would be since I image int would be quite complicated to code. And also complicated to implement as a remote base UI.

It's not a crash, it's more "Something went wrong, click continue to continue". Next time it happens I'll try to take a screendump. This is not a biggie.

Regarding the Magic Nodes thing with customized treelists I'm sure it's both complicated and hard to code. But aren't these the reasons why we keep programming? :-)

EDIT (NIGGIE!=BIGGIE)

yeah I guess. I guess the "its complicated" means, if I do do it, it will probably take me a while... Big Grin
