Common Recording Dialog?

I've seen a few plugins that present a 'recording' dialog to allow the user to setup a recording schedule for selected show. I am creating a plugin that also has the need to prompt with a Recording Dialog, and rather than re-invent the wheel, I'd like to try and re-use something that already is tested and working.

Is there any common recording dialog panel that provides the functionality required to encapsulate the ScheduleHelper.ScheduleRecording method?

There is no built in one...well, there is, but its not callable by plugins.

There may be one in a library provided by other plugin developers, but I dont know really know.

The commongbpvrutilities.dll has a dialog box that is used both by the show search and video archive plug-ins. I'll try to pull together a small code sample to show how to use it.
