Hi Sub,

There are certain shows which broadcast the same episode multiple times during the day. If I set up a reoccurring recording (All Episodes, this channel) and the first episode is in conflict, the remaining broadcasts for that day are not considered for recording. I can provide logs if needed.

Thanks.

Sub,

I've also been thinking about more flexibility in the scheduling options, I am watching 24 (who isn't) and its listed for 3 hours on one day then repeated during the week at random times. I'd like to be able to select record all episodes on this day only aka all 24 episodes on a sunday and therefore ignore mondays and tuesday repeats.

Would this be possible.

When you schedule a season recording you get the option to do a weekly timeslot recording, which would cover this situation - it'll only record those Sunday episodes.

I thought is only grabbed the pre selected time slot aka 9:00pm if and like sky sometimes do, sneak in a extra show at 10:00 pm it misses it...

Is this considered a legitimate wish or am I scheduling the recording wrong?

Cheers.

No, it should still get it. By default the timeslot recording will schedule a recording of any show with the same title that starts +/- 90 minutes of the original start time - so in this example your start time has only moved by 60 minutes and it'll still be scheduled for recording.

I'd added it to my list of things to check. I'd assumed it'd schedule them, but I wasnt sure.

It looks like after checking and finding a conflict, the recording is still scheduled (Perhaps to show a failed recording?) Then GBPVR finds other matches at different time which fail because they match the original recording.

Cheers.

Yep, right you are. I've corrected this for the next release.
