cant uninstall usustream

cant get rid of uburecordingservicecontroller.exe (trying to do a fresh install)
get access is denied all the time i try to delete it, what am i doing wrong?
Intel P4 2500 mhz, 1.25G Ram, XP Home SP2, Maxtor 30Gb and WD 200gb drives, PVR-500MCE, DM500s, dboxrecorder, GBPVR 1.2.9, 2 x wired MVP,

Open the UbuRecordingService Controller window (use the shortcut). Click the Stop button. When it has stopped, click the Uninstall button. It might take a couple of secs to uninstall. Then close the window and you should be able to remove the UbuRecordingService directory (and/or its files). Let me know if you have any problems with it. EDIT: I've moved this thread to the UbuStream v2.1 Beta thread so all the Beta issues are in one place (and so I don't get totally confused  ).
