1) When using the Processing, "Auto convert" etc. (FFMpeg), is it possible to control the output folder?
For example, what if I wanted to leave my recordings intact, but have them all create a DivX file somewhere on the drive/network?

2) Is it possible to transcode immediatly after the recording in low CPU?

I guess the answer for both is - DIY in the PostProcessing.bat ?

mod you custom ffmpeg conversions to use a batch file that you place in gbpvr\third party\ Smile

just use the batch file name as exe name and the {dest_file} and source as params, and in batch add your path\%2 etc. in transcode line...

now this won't let gbpvr adjust the database cuz it won't know where the new file is... [so be sure to uncheck that option in config]

This would be solution to the first question. However, "FFMpeg.exe" does not apear in the config.xml, so how can you trick it to use your new batch?

hmmm, not sure that will work as it probably has full path, but ok, is fixable with batch params..Smile

use the old %~nx1 for just the filename in your batches..
[it strips the path and just passes filename]

yea, scared me there for a moment...the exe="command" still works tho..Big Grin
whew...
just like it used to so no problem there if you've used the old ones, it's the same..

like:
<Conversion name="XviD" exe="test.bat" cmd="-y

just remember that it's running them IN third party\ but FROM gbpvr\
like: devnz\gbpvr\> third party\test.bat
where devnz\gbpvr\ is current dir..
