When I'm in Timeshift Mode, I want to get back to live tv. I set a button on my remote to Ctrl-O, the catch up key, and it works.

I wanted to know if it makes more sense to have the Live TV button do the catch up, thus eliminating the need for Ctrl-O. When in Timeshift Mode, have the Live TV button do catch up.

Yep, I think thats a decent suggestion, and I'll do include it in the next release.

Comes from years of user experience on multiple DVRs (and my wife). I had Dish Network for 2 years, DirecTV for 3 years with a Tivo, and now Comcast Cable with a Motorola DVR, which was returned this morning (no more $10/month rental) because GB-PVR has been rock solid for the past week. VERY NICE, I LIKE!

If you add the following line to "C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\KeyMappings\LiveTVTimeshiftPlayer.xml" then it'll behave the way you suggest.

<command name="LIVETV_CATCH_UP" key="F2"/>

Worked, very cool! I think I'll at least document all of the little tweaks I've been making and repost in one message. Maybe I'll even write a Windows tool to do all of these things for the user.
