Recently my PC won't to go to sleep (hybernate). The only new software I installed is GBPVR 99.12 (over the old one). PC wakes up to record correctly but when it has finished it doesn't go to sleep (but sometime it does). But obviusly, I'm not sure it due to GBPVR service.

Any advice is welcome.
Thank you

Try the patch from http://forums.gbpvr.com/showpost.php?p=1...ostcount=7. Some people have indicated it fixed other hibernation problems they had.

I installed the patch but it doesn't resolve my problem. I read about a similar issue so now I can post my "filemon" result. I have tried to understand it but I can't. I post my logs too

Sub, I think it could be useful to you to know that I resolve my problem using the http://forums.gbpvr.com/showpost.php?p=1...ostcount=6
patch ( the GBPVRRecordingService.zip not the GBPVRBackendCommon.zip)

Thank you again

That was the patch I'd intended to provide the link for above, but must have accidentally posted the other one.

Glad to hear you're sorted.

Hi sub,

I have the same standby-problem. Unfortunately the patch does not
solve it. To be sure, I checked the size and file version of the recording
service file: size = 344,064 bytes, File version = 1.0.2618.30820. Is this
correct?

Maybe a difference to the others is that I am still using W2K.

Do you have any idea?

Sorry - my build has moved on, so no longer the same file, so I cant tell you this.

No, not other than that patch above. Its seems to have done the job for pretty much everyone else.
