Nope, thats not me. I'm one of those users in the dot to the south of that. The overlay isnt in quite the right place though. I'm in Wellington at the very bottom of the north island of NZ. The bigger dot you refer to is Auckland (either that or you're talking about the really big dot on the otherside of the world in the UK).
