Suggestion: Remove the 'All' option under the artist

I was thinking that it might be nice to have an option to remove the 'All' option under the artist. I find it confusing when I jump over to the all part. If it could be an option (just like the other 'All' toggle) it would be great.

I think what you want is already there: gbpvr-config-plugins-ml2 settings-view-Remove(All)option.

Doesn't that only remove it from the left panel? ...And not the list of albums section?

Yeah I probably shold have put that in in the first place. I can look at that for the next release (which is coming btw, just slowly).
