DVB-T tuning

I'm in the uk, Southern England, Hastings transmitter

I'm runnung 2 90002 Nova-T cards on XP Pro.

I was using 99.05 & decided to upgrade to 99.12 with a GBPVR clean install.
Uninstalled 99.05, deleted its folder in devnz.

Installed 99.12 & configured the 1st Nova, All channels tuned in except E4. Rescanned several times but no luck.

Reinstalled 99.05, same problem, all channels ok, except for E4.

Tried older versions & 98.8b was perfect all channels tuned in.
98.13 wouldn't tune in E4 either.

Any ideas what the problem could be sub? I've got all the logs from each install
