Hi Just about to install an operating system to run GBPVR and was wondering if there was any advantages or disadvantages with using either XP PRO or MCE .Could you advise on which one to use? I have both available to me.

I would recommend XP Pro. MCE is basically just XP with recording services which would have to be disabled anyway.
I don't really see any advantages to MCE if you're not using the MCE services.
